1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LEARNHARBOR UK LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16834957 and registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and social casino-style games (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Important Notice Regarding the Nature of Our Service:
Our Service provides social casino-style games for entertainment purposes only. Game Coins may be purchased with real money and used for play, including private poker tables. The Service does not offer cash prizes or cash-out. Game Coins and other in-game items cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older;
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us;
You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to or use of the Service is prohibited or restricted by law;
You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Service.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we have reason to believe that you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
Keep your password and account credentials confidential and secure;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security;
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
4. Virtual Currency and In-Game Purchases
The Service may allow you to purchase Game Coin packs ("Virtual Items") using real money: Welcome Pouch (2,500 Game Coins), Neon Stack (10,000 Game Coins), and Night Vault (25,000 Game Coins). Available packs, prices, and payment terms are displayed in the store before purchase. You acknowledge and agree that:
Virtual Items are not real currency and have no monetary value;
Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value;
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights apply to purchases of Virtual Items;
Purchased Virtual Items cannot be resold or directly transferred between accounts; play at a private poker table can change each player's virtual Game Coin balance;
We may manage Virtual Items as the Service changes, subject to your statutory rights.
Refund Policy: Contact us using the details in Section 13 to request cancellation or a refund. We will review the request under applicable consumer protection law and explain the outcome.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your use of payment services is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
An account receives one complimentary 500 Game Coin welcome bonus when its email is first confirmed. Accounts already confirmed before this offer are not eligible. The Daily Drop is a separate reward. These Game Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Profile styles in the Style Vault have fixed Game Coin prices, are cosmetic only, and do not affect game odds. At Poker Night, each player moves an initial 500 Game Coins from their account into a private table stack and may add more from their account between hands. Bets and results change those stacks; when the table closes, each remaining stack returns to its player's account as Game Coins. These Game Coins still cannot be withdrawn or redeemed.
Poker Night Sit & Go tournaments cost 500 Game Coins per entrant and start when all seated entrants are ready, with at least two players. There are no top-ups after a tournament starts. The Game Coin prize pool goes to the winner in a two-player event, is split 70%/30% between the top two in a three- or four-player event, and 50%/30%/20% between the top three in a five- to nine-player event. Entries are returned if an event is cancelled before play or abandoned after all remaining players disconnect. Closing a tab during a tournament does not refund an entry; the offline player's hand is folded until they return or are eliminated. Tournament prizes are Game Coins only and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed.
